Bachelor of Education or B. Ed. is an undergraduate program of 2-year duration. B.Ed. Course can also be pursued through Correspondence or Distance Learning which is generally of 2 Years duration. The B.Ed. degree course is mandatory for teaching in higher primary schools and high schools. NCTE (National Council for Teacher Education) is a statutory body which regulates courses in teaching in India. B.Ed. Admission 2018

Admission to B. Ed. is done through entrance exam conducted by various states and institutions. Generally, the exam is conducted in the month of May or June and forms for the same are available online at the websites of respective institutes. Admission of candidates is subject to CutOff released by the respective university subsequent to the B.Ed. entrance exam.

B.Ed. Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the entrance exam. In order to take admission in the course, candidates must appear for the entrance exam.
